1. Your Right to Cancel

As a customer based in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To cancel:

  • Contact us at orders@darrens-workshop.co.uk within the 14-day window
  • Please include your order number and reason for return
  • Items must be returned in original condition

2. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

  • You’ll be responsible for return postage costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery

If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we’ll cover the cost of return and offer a full refund or replacement.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • We’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty

We’ll email you once your refund has been processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of 3D printing, custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. These include:

  • Bespoke colour options
  • Modified designs based on customer requests

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

We take pride in our quality, but if your item arrives broken or doesn’t work as expected:

  • Email us within 14 days with a description and photo of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a refund, repair, or replacement at no cost to you
