1. Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Orders placed outside the UK will not be processed.
2. Dispatch Times
All items are 3D printed to order or picked from stock with care.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped

3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We use reliable UK couriers including Royal Mail and tracked delivery options.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and weight
- All delivery options will be shown clearly before payment
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Tracked Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Please note these are estimates — delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier backlogs.
5. Missed or Lost Deliveries
If your package hasn’t arrived:
- First check with your local depot or neighbors
- Contact us at support@darrens-workshop.co.uk and we’ll help track it down
For confirmed lost parcels, we’ll resend or refund — no hassle.
6. Packaging
All orders are packed securely, using eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Some items may arrive disassembled or flat-packed depending on size and fragility.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
We’re not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
